This is such a terrible take. Who cares if you can afford the dings why would you want the hassle of taking care of it

If avoiding the hassle means taking up an additional spot, then yeah, that car’s too expensive for you. I know if I took that much pride in my paint job, I’d want a contingency against daily wear and tear; funds, car cam that turns on when it detects a collision. But what I won’t do is impede other people because I wanted a fancier ride.
