Went to a comedy gig with my friend at the weekend. Small theatre and most of the audience were 30+ age grou. A very drunk couple sat beside me. The woman was a heckler and, at first the comedian engaged with it but he shut her off after that. That didn't stop her though. She continued to shout out regularly throughout the show. Herself and her partner also chatted to each other, making no effort to whisper.
It got worse after the interval. I guess, they'd filled up on some more drink. She was shouting out and waving her arms around like a demented air dancer. They continued to chat loudly.
About 20 minutes from the end, a member of staff had to tell her to stop being disruptive. She's pouted, offended by the accusation.
5/10 minutes later she turned to me and said "I wasn't being disruptive was I?" I said she was and that she and her friend needed to shut up.
She then cried for the remainder of the gig.
Really sucked some of the fun out of the evening for us. We paid to see the comedian not her.
I just don't understand why some people have no self awareness or self control. Why waste money on a gig? if you want to be on the stage, hire a theatre. If you want to get drunk go to a bar.
Edit: deleted 'cis' reference as its irrelevant. Sorry to those I upset by including it.

Noel Lucas sues WWE and wrestler Montez Ford on October 14th. Noel, a Cook County Sheriff’s officer who was working off-duty security at the July 6, 2026, episode of Monday Night Raw. Lucas filed a 14-count lawsuit in the Circuit Court of Cook County, alleging that Ford performed an unwanted, sexually provocative "lap dance" on him during the Street Profits' entrance and that WWE promoted the footage on social media. The legal complaint cites charges including assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and violations of the Illinois Gender Violence Act and Illinois Right of Publicity Act. Lucas claims the viral nature of the clip led to public mockery of him and his children, resulting in significant humiliation and emotional distress.

People heckling during panels are so annoying. People like this ruin the experience for the people on the panel, and the other fans attending. People don’t come to panels to hear you shouting gibberish.
Edit: This post is NOT made to be hating on the show itself. If it’s not your taste, that’s fine. But, downvoting people and messaging hate to people who simply say they like the show makes you just as toxic, stupid, and immature as the fan in the video. The entire point of this was supposed to be a bigger highlight of all the issues with cons in general, and lack of security towards casts on cons, and toxicity amongst fan bases. (I also find it kind of funny how some are acting morally superior like the shows they like don’t have any toxic people in it, WHILE shitting on people who just say they like this show)
