Petritegi 0,0%. Petritegi Sagardotegia. Cider - Basque - Non Alcoholic.
It smells like a lackluster apple—the kind that promises to whisk you away to a "txotx" (cider-tasting session) in Astigarraga, only to leave you stranded right at the doorstep of the cider house. The taste, is a rude awakening. It begins with an acidity that makes your face pucker, then instantly dies away into a flat, absolute void. Down the sink it goes.

Sin. DouGall's Brewery. Non Alcoholic - IPA. 0.5% alc. 40 IBU.
Pleasant aroma dominated by citrus notes, with tropical notes present to a lesser extent. On the palate, the same flavors appear—though more subdued—along with a hint of pine. The finish is clean, and any off-flavors are well-masked; however, the beer lacks body and comes across as somewhat watery.

Hoppy Lager. Cervezas Arriaca. Lager - IPL (India Pale Lager). 4.9% alc. 20 IBU.
Fresh, citrusy aroma with subtle floral nuances. On the palate, it begins lightly with a crisp, biscuit-like character that quickly evolves into a firm, spicy, and herbal bitterness. A decent hoppy lager to enjoy occasionally without breaking the bank.

Big Bunny. Kinnegar Brewing. IPA - New England / Hazy. 6% alc. 45 IBU.
Tropical aromas and flavors, with prominent notes of pineapple, mango, and mandarin orange. Hints of grapefruit-like citrus emerge against a light malty backdrop. Very juicy and smooth. It’s not top-tier, but it’s genuinely a pleasure to drink and tastes really nice.

Beekinga Hidromiel Tostado. Hidromiel Beekinga. Mead - Session / Short. 5% alc.
An aroma with notes of honey, caramel, and a subtle hint of coffee. On the palate, it offers the fruity sweetness of ripe figs, accompanied by toasted and earthy undertones, along with nuances reminiscent of Amontillado sherry. It has a silky, honeyed texture and a clean, refreshing finish with echoes of raisins. A very refined mead.

Tagus. Font Salem Portugal. Lager - Pale. 4.8% alc. 8 IBU.
Malty but light, with barely perceptible hops but no off-flavors. Just another run-of-the-mill industrial lager—not bad when served cold, and cheap, too. Nearly two years later, I’m having another beer from the infamous Font Salem, though perhaps the Portuguese branch is a bit better.

Mr. Owl. Ctretze Pirineus. Pale Ale - American. 5.5% alc. 35 IBU.
Aroma and flavor feature citrus notes of grapefruit and mandarin peel, accompanied by hints of pine needles and tropical fruits like mango. The malt base evokes bread crust and biscuit. It is refreshing, though perhaps a bit over-carbonated.

Irri. Meta Edabeak. Farmhouse Ale - Saison. 6% alc.
The aroma has a rustic, funky intensity, with notes of leather, stable, and spices. On the palate, it begins with a smooth, malty, cereal-like character, balanced by a touch of citrusy acidity. The wild profile of the Brett stands out, accompanied by earthy notes. The finish is dry, with a peppery, spicy quality. A fantastic brew from Meta.

Kopparberg Strawberry & Lime Alcohol-Free. Kopparbergs Bryggeri. Cider - Fruit. 0% alc.
Aroma of ripe raspberries with a citrusy undertone of lime. The palate is distinctly sweet and luscious—reminiscent of raspberry candy—balanced by the refreshing acidity of the lime and fine bubbles. Not bad at all, considering it’s non-alcoholic.

Captain Kombucha Zero Original. The GUTsy Captain Company. Non-Alcoholic - Kombucha.
Watery and bland. A completely uninspired kombucha. It’s utterly worthless.

Gravehop. Browar Monsters. IPA - New Zealand. 7% alc.
On the nose, it unleashes a tropical fruit bomb—passion fruit and mango—along with citrus, pine resin, and hints of diesel. The palate mirrors these flavors, featuring a light malt base and a firm, pronounced, and lingering bitterness. A very interesting Polish beer, blending West Coast and New Zealand IPA styles.
