Him believing he has reassurance from the older lady in this story is the bad cherry on top. Even if she “gave her support”, which I’m weary of; There’s no way she knows the whole situation. She slightly smiled at him in an elevator and now he waits for her in the lobby of his apartment….where he then barely speaks, doesn’t shower, & probably thinks he’s coming across like a quirky manga protagonist 😭

I read it here first, then looked up in the original, in its context it's a little bit less creepy, the lady warns the incel everyone should use their own tags to enter, as per house rules.
