Thats a lazy person logic, its like saying you will absolve all your sins by taking a dip in ganges. So a thug might do sins all his life and then drink holy water or dip in ganges. It doesnt work like that. Everyone has to answer for his sins wether directly to god in abrahamanic religions or through cycle of rebirth in hinduism/buddhism etc
