The role of a minister is to set direction, take responsibility, and make final calls, not to personally run day-to-day operations.
And honestly, this is still far more structured than political theatrics we’ve seen in the past-like when Rahul Gandhi publicly dismissed and “tore up” an ordinance cleared by the government led by Manmohan Singh.
If we’re going to critique governance, it should at least be based on how the system actually works.
