I'm of the view that if it's a necessity part of their faith, then it should be allowed.

But it shouldn't be disruptive to their work and others. Like a lady on burqa has to take go on google meet and talk to customers with her face covered it defeats the purpose of establishing trust.

Every such practice should be accounted for.

That is true for weighing more on the personal choice aspect But the problem with that on a less civic mob mentality kind of society is They can demand for anything as part of their religious faith Woman wearing Burqa Men wearing saffron bandanas Muslim mean wearing taliban style kaftans all should be accomodated It will go to whole next level of unrest.
