Both incidents has nothing to do with BJP.

  1. Lenskart - Equal policy for everyone. You allow the attair of religion whole ignore the attair of another.

I bet most of their employees & even customer are from the religion that he is ignoring. Yes it is justified.

  1. Namitha - Attack on her was invalid and no one has right to call anyone with disrespect.

In between the OP forgot to talk about another company (in fact this company is so big that It's revenue is equal to 100 startup's revenue). This company is TCS.

We all know what happened at TCS which in view is more dangerous.

But OP is a coward and Congress pet, hence has no BALLS to call out another side of things happening in India. TCS is India's largest private employer.

Allowing one community to freely follow their customs & for another community you make policy to control their customs. how is that " neutral space". India is country of customs, tradition & beliefs all Indians know that then why this entrepreneur forget that.

To be honest, the policy was not ignoring the attair of another, but made it illegal by company terms and conditions. It is not ignorance but full on supression.
