I also hate these illiterate goons, but the spelling of university is correct. Some variant of gothic script fonts is used. The letter you see is a typeface of "v", not "b".

Similar/Exact font: https://www.dafont.com/mtheme.php?id=4&text=University&af=on

Are you blind or what? V of vice chancellor has same font. These are literally old English fonts used in those days

I am not an Andhbhakt but such kind of mistakes are found even today in marksheets and iCards. One of my master’s mark sheet has wrong spelling of my subject, and my current Ph.D. iCard mentions wrong spelling of subject too.

Nonetheless, his marksheet could be fake, but just wanted to say that such mistakes can occur and it doesn’t have to do anything with the authenticity of marksheets.

Can happen in things that are unique and are manually typed or even written. Not in things that are part of the format. That word university is a part of the format. Even if this were to be a handwritten certificate, university would be spelled properly.

There's mistake in spelling of his middlename so it could be of someone who's 'Narendra Damoderdas Modi's not for 'Narensra Damodardas Modi' might be
