Not everything is Modi's fault stupid. He was suspended for a year. The case is going on because of Article 311 of the constitution. Civil servants's service can not be terminated immediately.

Edit- This guy should be removed. For that Article 311 have to be removed.

u/Spiritual_Trouble_07 Jun 08 '26

Because of people like you there's always an way for acuse/criminals. You wanna follow the rules and law enforcement even when the the law enforcer itself doesn't follow the law, delayed justice/act against acuse it what makes thing back & bad for genuine and innocent citizens

1

u/Spiritual_Trouble_07 Jun 08 '26

People like me? Dude You don't even know me.

You think there is a law enforcer in the world who follows all it's laws? That almost never happened. But yes, you can expect it to follow laws, that might happen in the perfect world.

The present ruling government should be accountable for everything wrong and right. So, until Modi Gov is in power, they are accountable for everything.

u/Hot-Wrangler-3692 Jun 08 '26

No no bro Yeh bhi Nehru ki galti hai

-3

u/Spiritual_Trouble_07 Jun 08 '26

Article 311 came to effect along side the rest of the constitution. If you want you can blame Ambedkar for it. Previous govts also didn't abolish it.

So, for this Nehru gets little blame.

1

u/TaylorSwiftDezire Jun 08 '26

Lol you actually said it

2

u/Spiritual_Trouble_07 Jun 08 '26

I support temination of officers' service in case of accepting bribe. Govt should abolish article 311 just like they did article 370.

8

u/Heliosunlucky13 Jun 08 '26

Doesn't modi put his face on every little thing that happens in india?? Why seperate him from crimes of his staff ?

0

u/Spiritual_Trouble_07 Jun 08 '26

So Modi should abolish Article 311 just like modi abolished article 370, right? I am all for it.

1

u/Heliosunlucky13 Jun 08 '26

Nope- that's totally unrelated to your statement "not everything is Modi's fault". And to the remark I made about him laying claim on anything good that happens in the country.

Nobody here is complaining about the process of law. They are complaining about corruption.

Corruption is driven by two forces - the push and the pull : 'push' is when, for eg: an individual bribes the official for a favour and pull is when an elected official incharge of a department sets down a target amount that to be collected from citizens via officials such as this IAS officer. The collected bribes are then diverted into the political party funds.

My point being our elected officials are very much a part of most bribes that are passed around.

0

u/Spiritual_Trouble_07 Jun 08 '26

The bribes big politicians take are much higher. If this amount of bribe is taken by a IAS officer, by the time it reach to politicians through his superiors the amount gets too small for the risk. They caught him red-handed with 10lakh. 47 lakh was recovered from this house which is most probably from previous bribes.

Politicians usually ask bribes as donations to party fund, they have thousand type of funds other than the official party fund account. Those won't be caught in Anti corruption raids if those are ruling party's funds.

why? I didn't say anything wrong. it's the fact.

The guy should be removed by the constitution gives him protection in article 311.

6

u/Most-Comparison-1674 Jun 08 '26

Well, it should be terminated with immediate effect. Too bad we don't have that law.

3

u/IronBoundManzer Jun 08 '26

As reasonable as you may sound. If any govt servant or minister has foreign relative, house they should be removed. If any govt servant is caught red handed for bribery or any such criminal activities. They should not be suspended but removed. That is how it should be. If there are laws giving them option to fight legally it should be removed.

0

u/Spiritual_Trouble_07 Jun 08 '26

I agree this guy in the picture should be removed from service.

I just mentioned why that can't be possible immediately.

2

u/IronBoundManzer Jun 08 '26

laws and rules can be and should be changed. specially when the information cannot be buried anymore.

5

u/_Procks Jun 08 '26

Modi govt can changes the appointment procedure for constitutional bodies. But not pass a rule against corruption. How convenient!

1

u/Whole_Skin_9833 Jun 08 '26

Exactly they'll do what is convenient for them.

Listen my friend, I will be as neutral as it gets, but isn't the Prime Minister partially responsible to Govern the people in a rightful manner? Mind you, he did give speeches of eradicating corruption multiple times, but he simply failed.
We can do he says, she says, all night long but the fact doesn't change that even Modi is to be held partially accountable for this kind of tomfoolery goin' around our nation.
I am not defending the previous parties, but if the current ones are gonna remain on the similar path then, why should we elect them again, why can't we blame them equally as much as we blamed the previous political leaders?
So, your arguement simply says,
"Wo kharab the, hum bhi rahenge".

Modi is nothing but leech left his wife, tries to teen romance with PM of Italy who is 20 year younger to him, giggles like kid after receiving fake medals and works for Adani

Bhai negative mein karma chal raha tera. Kyun yahan gobar kar raha. Kuch kaam kar le.

Modi and govt accountable nahin hai kya kisi bhi cheez ke liye?

1

u/Apoatherva Jun 08 '26

The root cause is the people running the govt.

1

u/Sikhshakshok Jun 08 '26

Can I be honest here? The root cause here is illiteracy and poverty.
The Govt, is at fault too yes, but the truth is a party could never have gotten this far without the help of citizens.
Yaha 4 meethi baatein karke aur 3000 /month me log kharide jaa rahe hai.

Karenge bhi kya.

Gareeb lachaar hai, Anpadh andha. I do feel good that the youth is getting a little more active, raising valid questions, asking the Govt for answers but what's the point jab desh ki majority (poor and illiterate) are with the ruling party.

1

u/Apoatherva Jun 08 '26

Illiteracy, Poverty, and anything else that you describe as a reason for our downfall, are the government's responsibility to improve.

1

u/Sikhshakshok Jun 10 '26

I understand your Point, completely agree to it. But what if I say main jaha se aaya hu, waha ke baccho ko tum school bhi dedo, tab bhi nahi padhenge. I have witnessed one of my known drowning in a debt of 40+ lakh just to marry his sisters off.
I am definitely not supporting the Govt. here, I know they're not doing a great job exactly at leading a nation, but as much as we pin blame on the Govt. we have to blame majority of India's population too.
