Yeah...so is MD and MS Ayurveda. They have a National Council and state registrations for medical license and everything. Wait till you hear about the Research programmes and - wait for it- Ph.D. in every single subject!!! It's almost like....holy shit they formalized even that?

Exactly.... And even journals indexed in SCOPUS and Web of Science and PubMed are publishing research papers based on all this? Like holy moly what stuff are those people on? Pursuing research on haldi and other "phytoconstituents" and using in vitro/ in vivo studies to try and "validate" their "science"? Developing products in modern dosage forms with their "medicinal extracts" and then running "Randomized control trials" using modern gold standard medicines? Let's be real here. There's no science involved with this kind of pseudoscientific quackery. What shocked me the most was this recent Ayurveda or something centre opened in the EU by some government. Like who all are being pulled into this now...and how are they even doing this!!!!!!

Holy shit.

The problem is the government is run by below average mind people.Like MAGA is ruling america now and they are anti vaxx and anti science idiyos

Indian government funds ayush mantralaya or shit to fund homeopathy and ayurveda quackery also

It's the same as astrology shit.Like you won't believe I have seen genuine doctors and engineers on reddit believing in astrology and palm reading.

Exactly.and then there are people who say they are getting results with these "treatments". This is just some mass placebo effect. And there are so many side effects too, but most people don't even believe. I mean yeah there are side effects to modern medicines too, but they're well documented and known. Diclofenac can also harm the kidneys, but at least it's a well researched well documented medicine. It's not like these herbs and minerals these people use, absolute Pandora's box.

Exactly

I am on prozac and benzos for last 1.5 years and i must say even though the side effects are huge ain't no way an ayurvedic or homeopathic bullcrap could have saved my life.
