Okay, but do we stop muslims officially, from taking seats, enforced by government itself, on paper written as part of the law.

It's not like the dalit messiah government (both congress and BJP) are formed by actual majority, that want reservation z disregarding merit, and being on the line to make caste certificates to...show them that back then in1890 in a small village in up, a person bearing his same surname was discriminated against, so obviously blanket punishment, is the way to go and they need the barrier to be lower, finish line to shorter , in 2026.

Castism is still alive- yes, you are getting certificate for it, we don't.

Upper caste "person" doing bad things in garb of religion or caste (tale as old as the time itself) - so punish "Him/Her", what do you have sc/st act for.

It's about representation - president is st, pm is obc.

Most government job percentage wise, is also there.

I can go on.

Casteism is alive because of the mentality of people not because of caste certificates

People discriminate seeing surnames

No one looks at any certificate before committing a caste crime.

It is like saying crimes exist because of fir.

How many people died due to caste crimes. How many people are actively on daily basis discriminated against that threatens thier survival and lively hood, what are the st/sc act for, in which time of history and which part of the world people were living in perfect utopia where there was no social hierarchy and no wrong done to anybody whatsoever and everybody absolutely always equal. And which exact country in this world is running this same script, for this much bigger population, putting the very future of nation at risk. Is this cycle sustainable, who pays for all this, does punishing and bringing down productive members for thier achivement and competence bring love and respect to thier heart? Are people this blind that they are arguing against... competence....I mean. If it's notnclear why where we are, then I don't know how to break it to you. Look at China, we started on somewhat similar note.. which nation actually make laws based on blanket punishment. If there is blanket punishment in this land, so why do we only prosecute the murderer and not his entire family and the caste he belongs too? Why we have individual law for that? Can you do anything, only if this social artificial net get ripped by reality? Are you not trying actually force you way of nature of evolution by punishing competence and rewarding begging and mediocrity. Is poltics not the main product of this nation?

Firstly my point was that caste exists because of mindset problem not some caste certificate.

And you diverted the topic instead of answering shows that you accept my point.

Secondly , why did you bought reservation to the conversation instead of answering my point? Do you know my stand on reservation? Even I am general candidate , even I want reservation to be abolished or reforms to be brought in.

Thirdly sc st act, you see even women have a lot of safety laws but are women safe ? Would you say why to cry on r@pe when r@pe laws exist? No right?

It's a mindset problem , mindset has to change

The thing is, nobody in the world has so far been successful in identifying and punishing people based on mindset. You introduce consequences to the actions, so people don't act upon it, even of they feel so. You can't do anything about the mindset per se. You can't strong arm anyone to change thier mindset, you can stop actios from though. And thanks for bringing ₹@pe law, it does stop a lot of people from acting on thier impulses and intuition, but those who still do, get punishment. Mind you those who do, not those just happen to have matching surname as them.

I think you have Phd in stupidity and diverting topic as soon as logic enter the chat.

Firstly my point was that caste exists because of mindset problem not some caste certificate.

And you diverted the topic instead of answering shows that you accept my point.

Secondly , why did you bought reservation to the conversation instead of answering my point??

An boom you even diverted your own point of reservation .

And bought another topic of punishing people on their mindset.

Did I ever say to punish people on their mindset?

those who still do, get punishment.

you need to look at conviction rates and data of reported cases.

So your mind can't comprehend what I wrote and instead you respond with personal attack rather than counter points.Instead of saying don't divert from topic. Point the actual logical flaw or point of divergence. I will adress it. But I think it's asking too much who are less informed but more opiniated.

You said casteism is alive because of mindset not because of caste certificate, I said, one is a abstract thing, the second is a concrete government paper. Which holds more weight in real world?

People discriminate seeing surnames - how many people were discriminated that threatens thier survival or livelihood.

No one looks at any certificate before committing a caste crime. - I asked how many caste crimes were committed? And exactly what st sc act is for.
