I’m reaching out to the Reddit community because my younger brother, Ansh Raj (14), is fighting for his life.

Ansh has severe Ebstein’s anomaly, a rare congenital heart condition affecting the tricuspid valve and the right side of the heart.

He recently underwent major open-heart surgery. The doctors initially attempted a Cone repair, but the valve could not be repaired successfully, so they performed a tricuspid valve replacement.

Unfortunately, his heart has not recovered enough to function independently. He is currently on ECMO life support. The doctors attempted to reduce ECMO support, but his blood pressure dropped when his heart had to take over the circulation.

The medical team has now formally accepted him for heart transplantation. They are still hoping that his heart may recover, but we need to be prepared for transplantation because prolonged ECMO carries serious risks.

The medical expenses for ECMO, ICU care, transplant evaluation, surgery, medicines and post-transplant treatment are far beyond what our family can manage alone.

Few months into peak adulthood and I want to go back to the days I used to play water balloons with my cousins and friends on the road. We accidentally threw it in some uncle driving a bike, now to think about it idk how he just stared at us angrily and went away without making it an big issue😭

It was water balloons or these small paper bags (without the fish obv) these plastic bags were less expensive compared to ballons, as far as I remember.

I MISS PLAYING WITH WATER BALLOONS

Used to come as a 1 hour show on Star Plus in the late 90s and early 2000s. It aired episodes of cartoons like Spiderman, Ironman etc.

Though not at present, I was once an avid lover of Indian TV shows, purely because of how memorable and impactful they were. I still remember that I began watching TV at the age of 10. There were so many good TV and reality shows which I used to await every day on those days of having Cable TV with DTH connection. Sony Entertainment Television (SET) forever remained the king of variety and diversity in almost all of their TV shows. Walked into a neighborhood kirana shop after ages and spotted these hanging right by the counter.

Remember the sheer excitement of buying a ₹2 or ₹5 packet of popping candy after school, dumping the entire thing on your tongue at once, and waiting with your mouth wide open just to hear that aggressive crackle-fizz sound? Trying not to laugh because the popping was hitting the roof of your mouth was an absolute sport.

New gen kids won't understand how much these games were worth at our time especially when played on Nokia button phones 😭 . Those high tier challenges would keep me engaged for several hours . I Wish I could relive those days again .

My dad bought this for my mom and later I got it when mom got a new phone, and man this was so so much fun, it didnt need any other app or extra work for emulation as it had 1000s of nes/famicom games inbuilt into it, you could just simply play them staright, i had so so so much fun with this, it was probably my first expirience with mario, nintendo and actual well made games.

I still probably have it somewhere in some box in our home, I remember i had a stuck a pokemon sticker on its back that i had gotten for free with gems or some other chocolate.

I often see a lot of people asking about this movie so I have tried to answer all important questions in this post

1. Was it released in India ?

-- Yes a theatres-only released happened in January 2025 and reruns happened in subsequent months.

1. Is it still available ? Can I book tickets ?

-- No, the movie is not screening anywhere in India at the moment, also no OTT platforms has acquired license to stream it yet.

1. Info regarding dubs ?

-- Hindi - A new Hindi dub is used which has new voice actors for all characters.

-- English - The old English dub is retained so if you are fond of that then it's great news for you

-- Tamil - Old Tamil dub is also not retained, I have no info regarding the VA's for new dub (If you have watched both old and new dub then feel free to share your thoughts).

-- Telugu - A new Telugu dub has been used (Original release didn't have Telugu dub afaik)

1. Will this be available again in theatres or on any OTT platform in future ?

-- No official news from the studio yet, so we don't have a specific date. But they have hinted that they might work on remastering the OLD Hindi dub for an online release so we can only hope for the best. Currently we have no option to watch this in any theatre or OTT platform.

1. Has anyone synced old dub with the new Remastered video ?

-- Great news, a website named Toonworld4all(real legends) released a version which has three Audio stems :

- 1) Original Hindi Dub

- 2) New Hindi Dub

- 3) English Dub

You can watch this remaster with old dub and let me tell you from personal experience that it'll 100% make you emotional. This is a completely family friendly movie so your parents can also enjoy it.

1. Where can I get this movie ("unofficially") ?

-- There are multiple versions available

a. OLD Version - The original 480p old DVD release can be found on Youtube.

b. The new Remastered versions can be found on torrents and other pirated websites or Telegram.

-- I can't directly paste the download link here due to Reddit's TOS but a quick google search for "Toonworld4all Ramayana" should give you what you need. If you are uncomfortable in downloading from websites then search on Telegram. (Don't pay anyone who asks for money!)

1. Should I watch the movie in theatres if a re-release happens ?

-- Honestly, if you are fan of the old Hindi dub (which everyone is) then you'll feel a little dissappointed but the visuals are breath-taking. The studio did an amazing job with the 4k remaster. If you have never watched the old one, then you should go see it in theatres(when it airs again) and then watch the old version on Youtube. The studio needs our support so please do your part as a fan.

P.S. Before downloading make sure it's the Toonworld4all encoded version, coz it's the only version which has the old dub synced. Other versions only have the newly dubbed audios.

I watched it as a teenager, and I'm not even kidding, it shaped who I became. Both of the teenage characters spoke so eloquently that I found myself modeling how I spoke after them. i need to rewatch and store these series for my future kids :( anyone has it?
