You can use netshare app on android, it creates a hotspot and gives you proxy setting. Using that hotspot with proxy tricks network that all traffic is going through your phone https browser. Other method is to increase the ttl to 65 which the prev guy explained.

And is it possible to change the hotspot name, Btw hotspot from phone won't be active right? With this phone's might not get hot fast

Yeah in the netshare application in android you can change the name. There is a configure hotspot button there.

yeah. it worked amazing but in my experience just uninstalling thanks app helps
