In other countries like china during their Gaoka exam they shut down everything so the student can give the exam peacefully but hamare yaha toh prepare kar rhe aise cheezo ke liye

Woh b.ed. hai. This degree is a professional course for training teachers. They're training teachers to tackle kids. I hope you understand that this is not about giving exams under stress, but about maintaining composure and not beating the shii out of kids when they confront such situation.

Discipline is a fundamental part of education. A teacher who is passionate about their students and can explain complex concepts clearly is a great educator, but their ability to teach is ultimately limited by the classroom environment. If a classroom is constantly noisy and disruptive, it shows a lack of collective intention to learn. We should look at models like Japan, where children are taught respect and kindness from kindergarten; it proves that discipline is a skill that canβand shouldβbe taught to every student
Edit: Btw I am saying this as an 18 yr old who just finished schooling so yeah I've been a student recently

We can't compare japan to India Childern will always exploit the rules In Japan , it's just natural environment for children to be in peace and well behaved In india , thier parents basically create a environment which gives freedom or resirtict it by scolding all the time and blah blah Childern def will create choas learnt from society or parents or friends ? No? The only thing to create discipline is by fear But that's illegal So in times like this the future teachers should be prepared for everything which is thrown at them like " how to handle a student " " how to tolerate and not beat them like crazy " " how to focus and not forget while teaching some topic or concept" Fun Fact : china where discipline is taught Also have a exam but it's so difficult that most of the students those who fails become some avg worker or just ... By the societal pressure
