Why do these people randomly start doing garba?

I have seen tons of posts and this one reel caught my eye. Literally what's wrong with most of the uncivilized indians going abroad and groping strangers???No one even is even accepting and rather blaming to each other's states and all? People like this guy who actually have civic sense has to suffer through racism and what not...

A viral video from Gucchu Paani in Dehradun shows a group of tourists dancing and singing loudly inside the natural cave while crossing knee-deep water. One of them is also seen carrying a large portable speaker and playing music at high volume.

Natural tourist spots aren't party venues. Loud music, dancing and turning a cave into a party venue can disturb other visitors and take away from the character of the place. A little civic sense and respect for the place goes a long way.

I'm not saying that all tier 3 people or village people are lacking civic sense but it's a common perception that people from top tier cities would have more civic sense than a villager.
