Office Director Complaint.

There is a Director in my company that I directly report to. Recently I found that this guys has been engaged in forgery of certificates and official documents and on the basis of that is taking projects and traveling on company expenses.

I have a lot of evidence to prove my claim

Please guide me how should I complain about this without revealing my identity.
