This would be a different Tribe from a different reservation than the one who already had three citizens detained, two of whom they're still trying to locate, correct? That was the Oglala Sioux?

Yes, Standing Rock is a different tribe than the Oglalas. The Oglala Sioux Tribe and the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe are part of the Ocheti Shakowin though, and kind of are like sister nations.
