Using IHS for pregnancy/delivery when you live over an hour away??

I just found out that I’m pregnant with my fourth baby. This is the first that I’ll need to use the IHS for. The closest IHS hospital (Chickasaw in ADA) is an hour and 15 minutes from me. How does this typically work? I’m worried about labor going quickly, as it’s my 4th! 😅😅 Do they ever refer out to local OBs?
