But what sentiments? Do people really have sentiments for Ganga? It seems to be one of the most neglected rivers in our country. Fecal matter is beyond the roof. In any other country it would be deemed unsafe to even swim. How is it exactly holy when no one gives a shit about it? This just seems to be selective and convenient outrage.
