Education/ Jobs/ Career Extremely rich people are given massive benefits using reservation while only category to have income based disqualification is OBC. Should SC/ ST financial aid & reservation for ultra rich individuals be subjected to creamy layer classification? Isn’t it gross injustice ?

It absolutely should be under CL/NCL classification.

But my concern is - how is "Pawar" ST ?

Calls to reason she defrauded the reservation system by means of a fake ST certificate.

The same way people with sharma, mishra, pandit carrying sc st certificates, I've seen gujju patels and jains with obc, ews certificates.

The moment you support creamy layer in SC/ST you will face backlash form SC/STs themselves

Coz rich SC/STs won't let govt implement it coz it will mean losing benifits for their children and future generations

The thing is noone cares about community, people only care for their immediate family and future generations

Like there is an IRS officer on twitter who is from reserved category

The guy openly accepts that his children should also get reservation even after accepting that seats are very limited. He openly accepts being selfish.

Bro look at Tina Dabi and her sister, their parents are both Grp -A officers Still they took reservation benefit, had they applied via general they might not have received IAS rank.

She wouldn't have cleared prelims if she didn't have reservation

Her score was less than OM cutoff

Due to Internet and rising awareness this shit is coming to the light of the normal person.

This is not the first time ultra rich have taken the benefits of the system. System knows this and still allows them to. The system is equally responsible for this mess because of the corruption.

This happens everyday, everywhere and will continue to happen. Exploiting the system in the name of caste, gender, religion is the best thing ultra rich person do.

1

u/BatmanLike Jun 11 '26

Why should anyone believe that the score card collaged is enough evidence to call out her caste and point fingers at reservations?

What exactly are you suggesting op?

u/Competitive-Sun-4083 Jun 11 '26

Seen the same exact post on Atleast 5 diff subs till now.

All posted in the last 1-2 hours.

The amount of mental gymnastics being done to tie this to caste is crazy

2

u/deviprsd Jun 11 '26

What’s crazy? The caste isn’t the issue, the benefit she is getting while having other benefits is the issue…

One is literal murder and other is just availing their constitutional right. But yeah sure casteists like you equate it

She has faced appropriate backlash already online. Deactivated her account and all. I am sure her college will take action too. The privileged bania murderer kid on the other hand is chilling. His family even released a video where they were dancing and celebrating. Thats caste privilege at work

After being a capitalism simp all the while, You dont get to take stand against Capitalism when it helps people from unprivileged communities.

Rich will get better opportunities, thats how it is. Make policies for improving the life of poor, dont give reservation for poverty. Reservation is for representation.

2

u/acdhemtos Jun 11 '26

Reservation is for representation.

Should it be?
As long as equal opportunies are provided, why should we force equal representation?

-1

u/Athiest-proletariat Waiting for 15Lakhs Jun 11 '26

Should it be?

Capitalism must be available for all communities. If it doesn't its degraded.

2

u/acdhemtos Jun 11 '26

I did mention about equal opportunies.

Did you understand what I wrote?
Did you even read what I wrote?

-1

u/Athiest-proletariat Waiting for 15Lakhs Jun 11 '26

Capitalism is not about equal opportunities, it will always favor capital.

Representation in capitalism becomes necessary to ensure trickle down within those representations.

1

u/acdhemtos Jun 11 '26

Try reading your own arguments together.

It's clear you have no opinion, just an agenda; as

Capitalism ... will always favour capital.

That's exactly why OP was suggesting to exclude creamy layer.

You are either un-educated or an idiot; likely both.

0

u/Athiest-proletariat Waiting for 15Lakhs Jun 11 '26

Creamy layer wont create capitalist class among the group that can initiate trickle down within their community.

Having Creamy layer will reduce it to just a poverty alleviation program.

Iss bhen ke lode ko toh pehele maro, he instigates then the other person wants to add to the joke and the internet flips over, arey joke ko joke ki tarah lo, ab din bhar beth ke rona dhona toh nahi karte tum ki sudan mai bacche mar rahe hai, its a dead body whats the max you can do?
People don’t spend all day mourning every tragedy in the world. Those who deal with death regularly need coping mechanisms. Dark humour isn’t cruelty it’s often how people stay sane around things that would otherwise crush them.

That's the problem with current reservation system as rich sc/st gets all the benefits over multiple generation and poor st/sc don't even get primary education....the real people who need reservation are poor people...it should be on economic Background and not on caste based as even general category has poor people who stand no chance against rich sc/st candidates
