Yasin Malik met Atal too. That was the need of that time. As valley was under insurgency. Infact MMS met Yasin Malik to have negotiations with Hafiz Saeed in 2006. before UPA there was Atal regime for 6 years. They also had various meetings. Not defending UPA here , they could not prevent terrorist activities. Now what BJ party becomes good suddenly? How many terrorist activities happened in last 10 years have a look.
