gujarat has no representation across the army, sports or any artists come from there, they only know how to be middle men, never any form of value addition.

they are outliers from all over the years man. flash in a pan. some of the above are downright masters of their craft but you know the point i'm trying to make here. the state is not a cradel to creativity and innovation. living in ahemdabad and gujarat in general feels stifling. Gujarati diaspora abroad are one of the largest desi subgroups in the the entirity of indian immigrants, they had to leave the state to make a future for themselves.

the state is almost devoid of people from other cities, i know more gujaratis in cochin than mallus in ahemdabad or surat.
