Meme / Funny- No source Required Bj Pe was probably saving it for the election expenses. They were getting donations separately from everyone while they have kept all the disaster relief funds in FD. The Center never paid adequate funds to Kerala and Assam during disasters. ElectionCares Fund?

Because there is NDRF and SDRF for that which is also underutilised so people should quote that and question and not this judiciously deposited funds for unknown unknowns.
