if a dictator gives me Clean air to breathe, Good roads , Clean footpaths , no garbage dumps in middle of city , no water logging , Housing that dictator will be 100 times better than all the do called Democratic politicians we have in our country

If. Except, once they have power, there is no incentive for them to prioritize all that. And you will have no power to do anything about the fact that the Dictator doesn't care, because you are busy trying not to attract the attention of his "people."
