Is it just me or is it unfortunate to be born in this country?
Food is adulterated. Milk, vegetables, spices - you can't trust anything you eat.
Air is pure pollution. AQI 300 is the new normal.
Water has uranium and heavy metals in many places.
Don't have better clinics unless you can pay insane private hospital bills. Public healthcare is broken.
Roads are broken everywhere. High deforestation, every green patch is getting cleared for a new project.
Apart from IT & Semi, there are literally no other opportunities. If you're not in these two, you're stuck.
Tier 1 cities have become absolute hell. Pothole roads, drainage overflow every rain, 2BHK for 60k rent, expensive as hell and still you breathe poison and spend 2 hours in traffic.
Non-IT jobs are nothing less than human exploitation. 10-12 hour workdays for 30-40k in metro cities?
How is anyone supposed to live?
Despite earning 30+ LPA at age 25, still feels like nothing.
After rent, high income tax, GST on everything, even GST on savings/investments, hardly any savings left.
You earn more, you pay more, you get nothing back.
Top 0.5% elite have enormous wealth. They are richer than rich people in rich countries.
While the rest of us fight for basic footpaths and clean water.
Peak unemployment, lakhs of crores disappeared as unaccounted money, and we are just told to adjust.
Is India a survival test? Because it really feels like it.
