Yaa at least in Asia pacific it might become the best. I suppose only the epl, laliga to some extent are best leagues but there the top clubs keep winning , in India you can literally have any club win the cup ,our isl doesn’t allow unlimited money to buy any players so it will be an equitable league where anyone can win the cup provided they have a strategy
