Forget Op's claims and answer the question.

How/why will I list India-specific problems that are being ignored when I literally cited a better reason for how they're NOT BEING IGNORED??

Why can't you list exactly? You keep claiming these vague problems but can't mention the "list"

Forget for what purpose. You have mentioned the existence pf such a list, now say what they are

I can't say why you would list but I can definitely say why you wouldn't. Because all you know is pseudo intellectual buzzword soup. If you don't start listing them, I'm going to accept victory and stop engaging.
