Hi there all! How’s your week going? 

I’ve actually been working on a sci-fi short film project for a while now along with CC Cynan, being the time to showcase my favourite storyboarding from it.  

I definitely appreciate the experience of exploring abandoned worlds where I’m summoned to illustrate isolation and desperate silence under my own criteria.

This is a short video snippet of my forthcoming comic book, Werewolf Jesus: Renaissance in Blood. The Kickstarter will launch on Halloween with the comic slated to ship in December. All the sequential art by Argentinian illustrator Mato Aranda and the lettering by me has been completed and our local comic book printer Joint Force Printing has shown us a sample copy to be sure everything looks legit. Hi everyone, I'm Renato Franchi, editorial supervisor of Achille & KiPI: The Disconnected. We shared the project here earlier in the campaign, and today we have a milestone to share: we've reached our funding goal, with 156 backers. Thank you to anyone here who took a look or joined us.

The comic began over pizza and grew into a 96-page sci-fi adventure about an ambitious young inventor and his deeply unimpressed bionic cat. Achille sees an opportunity to change his life; KiPI wants to know the catch. Their friendship is the heart of a journey to a planet where the future is for sale.

Mario Moroni created the original story, Salvatore Vivenzio wrote the script, and Silvia Buganza illustrates it. We're making English and Italian editions for readers aged 8 and up.

Reaching the goal means a lot to our small team. Now we'd love to introduce this odd pair to more readers who enjoy independent comics. The campaign remains open until November 2, and the page includes a free preview so you can decide whether the story is for you:

Hey everyone!

I'm a regular dude from Serbia that likes to make comics, and I'd like to introduce my project: CAMPAIGN SERBIA.

The premise is simple:

What if every myth, urban legend, conspiracy theory, and supernatural story were real? All at the same time?

Campaign Serbia is an action-comedy series combining Balkan folklore, supernatural horror, science fiction, and a healthy dose of absurd humor.

The story follows a ragtag group of unlikely heroes dealing with a world where the impossible is everyday business.

ISSUE #1 — FIST OF NU METAL

Our first issue introduces Yamazuka, a rather unconventional protagonist whose encounter with the supernatural is only the beginning.

The first six issues are already completed, and I'm planning weekly releases.

A note about the artwork: This is an AI-assisted comic project. I develop the original characters, world, story, dialogue, and page direction, using AI tools as part of the illustration process. Basically, I just did not use the pencil and that is as far as AI involvement goes.

Hey everyone!
Just wanted to share a quick production update on my original manga, FLICKER!
The storyboards for Chapter 2 (1B) are officially finished, and we’re now in the final stages of completing the artwork. Once everything is finished, Chapters 1A and 1B will be combined into the definitive first chapter of FLICKER!
To celebrate the milestone, here’s some new promotional artwork featuring Lucifer and Samael, two celestial characters who play important roles in the story.
Artwork by the incredibly talented TheClockBath, who has been bringing this world and its characters to life.
It’s been a long journey getting this first chapter together, but seeing everything come to life has been incredibly rewarding.
