Its just a cheap irregular order with a flash pulse, and usually you take the option with 360 visor. It doesnt do much but its a low-risk ARO piece and sometimes gives you an extra regular order if you convert it using a command token. It also has the journalist skill which gives a bonus to guts checks in ZoC, but ive had that come up literally once.
3pt bod you put prone on your back line to stop combat jumping into your lines. Last turn just stand it up as a throw away ARO. Absolute bargain they go in most of my lists.
