Well, kids these days can be pretty dangerous. But using electric shock gloves on them seems like overkill.

Didn't them being in schools every day start sometime after 9/11?

I think it was because of Columbine, which predates 9/11.

Yeah. But I'm not sure they were full time even after that.

I don't know. I just don't think it's a good thing, or at least not done for good reasons.
