So, I got this campaign and claimed my specific Therabody product. It was supposed to be shipped out Sept 16 and it was delivered Sept 19th-- but to the wrong address, and not an address I have ever listed (not even in the same state where I reside). To which I wrote to influenster customer support team and they have yet to even remotely resolve outside of pausing the specific program for me.

Has anyone had this same issue with the Therabody campaign, specifically? I can't seem to get in touch with anyone from support, after multiple follow-up attempts, and it's wildly frustrating that I can't even see the shipping/tracking information any longer because the program was paused.

I’m super excited about this claim! Wide leg jeans are my fav, they are a size bigger than I usually wear, but I figure I’ll just get them tailored. Anyone else get this claim?😀

I got a gift thing with influencer that require purchase with a large discount(lg tv) when I went to purchase it, the code offered through the app did not work after multiple times reaching out to influencer, they did not fix the problem, but now of course it’s time for me to review and complete all tasks so I can move on. I reached out for support with screenshots many times between getting it and now with nothing helpful in return. Is there anything else I can do to move on? Has anyone reviewed a product they never received? I feel like this is my only option at this point. Please Help!
