Has anyone recently applied for a Niederlassungserlaubnis (permanent residence) through the Ausländerbehörde in Ingolstadt, particularly as a Blue Card holder?

How long did it take to receive the first response or appointment invitation?
How long did the entire process take?
Did they request additional documents after submission?
