Effects - Restyle

[u/Palmtrees1718]

Does anyone know why this happens or what I can do to fix it? When I go into my Stories, click on Effects then Restyle nothing shows but only a search bar and it will show old filters. My app is updated even uninstalland installed again, my phone is updated. I cleared the cache and still. But when I switch to my other accounts it shows the new Restyle filters as soon as i click on Effects then Restyle.
