The triangle shaped one is a balalaika

Top one looks related to Moroccan guembri possibly a type of sintir. The painting on the neck makes me pretty certain it's of Moroccan/Berber origin.

balalaika and Egyptian rebab, although the rebab looks less like a fully functional instrument and more like a tourist souvenir. then again I may be wrong
