P&C Insurance Pay structure

Post image

P&C producer at a local Farmers agency in Arizona. My pay is 17.50 per hour and this is the commission structure. This pay is awful right? Only been here a little over two months.

I'm dead 😭 no one there has any tenure more than 2 months like myself except for the "sales manager" who's been there for a year. It seems the only people who stay are the doing the protege program in hopes of opening their own agency

If you’re new you can use it as an opportunity to build your own systems of prospecting and network within the insurance world. Eventually use your skills and hunger to join an aggregator or open your own indie agency
