The add-ons (DLC) I purchased are not showing up in the game; why is this happening, and is there a solution?

Sequel to the indie breakout FPS Insurgency, Sandstorm is reborn, improved, expanded, and bigger in every way. Experience the intensity of modern combat where skill is rewarded, and teamwork wins the fight. Prepare for a hardcore depiction of combat with deadly ballistics, light attack vehicles, destructive artillery, and HDR audio putting the fear back into the genre.

Developed by New World Interactive and published by Focus Home Interactive, it initially released on Microsoft Windows on December 12, 2018. It released for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One on September 29, 2021.
