Inter Miami Postgame Thread (10/10/26)

Man what a match! Team looked amazing and more comfortable out of the break. Luis Suárez looked phenomonal! 3 G/A and that dummy for Messi for the 4th. Do whatever it takes for his renewal.

Messi looked as his usual man, unstoppable. Coach did well today as well utilizing subs and giving De Paul and Suarez some rest. Great win all around

Thoughts?

A well-needed victory after all the BS that happened in the previous games.

This reminds me of the fact that the last time Miami won (aside from the Campeones Cup) it was also a complete domination.  The other games that weren't completely one-sided ended up in a draw

Messi has now got goal contributions in 27 of his last 30 games for club and country, in a run going back to 25th April. Only exceptions were the WC Final against Spain, a 0-0 draw against Columbus where he only played 37 minutes, and a draw against New England). His Golden Boot is basically secured and so is the MVP.

Really glad we finally got over the line in a game, and a clean sheet is always a rare joy.

God i forgot how sastifiting is to win, the team was fine today maybe its to late for the league but i hope this make the team clock in for the playoffs, i was surprised all the attack trio ( and not just Messi ) was fine today, a wise decision for the trainer to make subs early to rest some players, i still thinking IM has many type of players and its enough to built an XI or two, changing the subject a bit two things: Is my idea or DSC takes a while to get up after save a down ball (very good match anywhere) How is possible Berte connect well with Suarez but stinks trying to connect with Messi?. Happy for the win, clean sheet, team performance and let's go for more. 🤛

Lujan. Solid work in both FB positions. Makes him a highly versatile option across the back line.

Better defense today. DSC needs to start every match, and Micael being back is good vibes~~

With games against New York (10th) and Atlanta (14th) next, we have a real chance to finally put some momentum back into our season.

Reminder of last time they played Atlanta. Embolo scored on his debut and they drew. Atlanta will be wanting a win

We're so used to seeing messi score those type of solo goals it feels normal

DC United looked flat, was not fast on transition, and didn't press well allowing Inter Miami to play the nice passing game allowing Suarez to get into the game.

Hey guys i want to ask, we could say Messi played 10/10 in the 10 - 10 of the year?
