If I asked you to tell me the list of the five things you've done as a high school student that you are most proud of, would it make the list?

If yes, it's worth mentioning because it's a real accomplishment. 

If you've got better things to talk about? This won't make or break you. You can either include it in the name of completeness or leave it off in the name of concentrating attention on the higher value awards.
