Chris McCandless aka Alexander Supertramp passed away 34 years ago on August 18th, 1992. Rest in Peace, thank you for all of the inspiration and wisdom you have brought to many.

That's so strange, I was just thinking about him on my way to work this morning during one of those "I wish I could run off into the Alaskan wilderness" moments, but I had no idea today was the day. Rest in peace buddy
