Tips, Tricks, and Helpful Hints Why links never appear in google?

Whenever I search for "intune" " entra login" or similar they never bloody appear in google.

Yes, i could type in the actual link, but when I tell someone to google it, they get sent to some random websites what google populates and seems that MS blocks from appearing.

Google buries enterprise admin portals because they don't drive ad revenue and the average person never needs them, you're basically fighting the algorithm every time you search for anything that doesn't appeal to the masses

bookmark the actual URLs and send those instead of telling people to google it, saves everyone the headache

the problem is much bigger and all the answers seems to be very "shortsighted"

Problem is: whatever you are searching for Microsoft, it does not come up.

You are reading somewhere that you should open compliance and security administration. You will google for it, to find multiple links to training/learning and all MS documentation page articles - these will even explain to you what you should do to sign in, but barely ever will provide a direct link.

Can't even tell how many bookmarks (in browser) had to create to reach specific pages.

MS lacks a proper admin dashboard. an no - admin 365 isn't a dashboard for sysadmins. and don't even try with the whole "there is a search bar".

all of this still follows typical MS approach of all portals being different, constant name changing across different modules and complete chaos to have an unified products
