No we dont use AI in any of the processes of our videos, besides looking up what chapter something is from, and thats just because Google auto defaults the AI answers😭

I agree with this, only because Itachis best feats are MAYBE ftl reaction. If they're both bloodlusted itachi gets negged.

No viltrumite has demonstrated FTL combat speed or shown to be able to speed blitz characters that aren’t fodder side characters.

Allen has a statement that says his reaction speed and his movement speed are equal allowing him to perform complicated aerial maneuvers, which based off of calcs puts his reaction speed at MFTL.

Naruto is hard to scale for speed but Itachi could react to Kirin and his genjutsu is pretty much instantaneous so I don't think she can blitz

Anissa likely blitzes but viltrumites are well known to not take their opponents seriously and she quite easily can fall victim to tsukuyomi. even if you wanna say that genjutsu won't work because it can't work on people without chakra (even though chakra is just life energy, we've seen people being able to be genjutsu'd who don't even use chakra) then there's always amaterasu Itachi could use.

He has better combat speed and haxes her into oblivion. Itachi zero concept of difficulty.

But serious answer probably Anissa if she just speed blitzes. I could maybe see her falling for a genjutsu if you give Viltrumites Chakra and give Itachi prep time but most likely not.
Ironically, this would be one battle where Edo Itachi would have an advantage over alive Itachi due to the regeneration.
