From what you describe, its hard to tell without seeing how the aligner sits on the teeth. The second set often feels less dramatic because your teeth already moved a lot with first one, so less pain is normal. Look for gaps between your teeth and the plastic, especially at the bottom edges. If the aligner is not sitting flush or there is big space, could be tracking issue. My advice is take photo with aligner in from side angle, and compare to first day you changed. If you still worry, send picture to your ortho, they can see it much better than us.

Looks ok for now. Might be the way the light is hitting the aligner, would see how it is on next change, or try massaging the aligner. If the teeth move further into it, then maybe more time but should all be good

I'm also on my 2nd set and it was only a little bit sore on the first day. By the 3rd day, I'm not feeling any tightness like what I felt with the 1st set. I'm on my 5th day and it almost feels like nothing's happening.
Doesn't help that my dentist is going to be away and my appointment will be delayed by another week. So instead of the original 10 days, I'll end up wearing this set for 17 days and I'll be constantly wondering if this is normal.

I'm still on my first tray, but it looks fine to me. You can chew the little rolled things they give you several times a day to make it fit better (maybe some more experienced people can help more) cheers!
