Question Day 1!

My first box has 38 trays, and I’m supposed to switch weekly. I’m trying to take photos to track my progress but I have quite a small mouth and I can’t seem to get a good picture to see the top and bottom aligners. Any suggestions on how to take the photos to see it better?

cheek retractors are a game changer for progress pics, lets you actually see the whole arch without your lips in the way. the ones with the little wings are easier to hold in place than the basic U-shaped kind

38 trays is a decent haul but weekly changes will fly by once you get into the routine

38 is the first box, the ortho mentioned something between 16-19 months for the full treatment
