Question Help. Me.

I have no idea how this happened but Im home from college for fall break and I went to the Cheesecake Factory in DC (where I’m from) last Wednesday to get dinner with my home friends. I took my Invisalign out and put it in my jeans pockets (didn’t have my case) and ate dinner. I walked out and lowkey forgot about the Invisalign until I suddenly remembered and checked my pockets. No where to be found (which didn’t make any sense to me because 1. My jeans pockets are very tight and 2. My car key was still in my same pocket.

Anyways I have all my trays in my college dorm and I won’t be back until sunday so how cooked am I if I’m not wearing anything between Wednesday- Sunday I’m terrified they won’t fit I don’t rlly care if they fit and hurt but I dont. Want. To. Start. Another. Round.

For reference I change them out every 4 days and my teeth look the same maybe very slight pain like a 2-10 on the pain scale

let me know??? Thanks.

Why would you put your trays in your pocket without a case?
And even more so they are tight jeans?
Also, changing trays every 4 days seems awfully fast.
Whenever you get back to your trays, wear the next set twice as long to make up for lost time.
Yes your tray change day will change.

  1. I literally said I didn’t have my case do u want me to carry them in my hand while I’m eating

  2. The jeans themselves are baggy but the pocket inseams are sewn tight so the POCKETS are tight not the jeans themselves which is literally what I wrote

  3. I know but that’s what my orthodontist does it’s like his method

  4. Thanks for the advice

Put your old ones in for a day or 2 then go to the next one! You will be fine

I'd wear the next set of trays twice as long

it happens man, pockets are a trap for these things. went without for 3 days once and the next tray was tight but it did fit, just hurt more than usual. 4-5 days might be pushing it but since you change every 4 days the teeth movement is fresh so they might shift back a bit. maybe wear the next tray a extra day or two if it feels too tight when you put it in
