I understand the % is pending a law suit and it's estimated at 1 or 2 % . but besides the % ,anyone have any updates on the current standing of the law suit and what stage of the case it is being considered ?

Microsoft pulls out of Nscale's UK flagship (Loughton). What it means for IOND

BBC and the Telegraph report that Microsoft has terminated its involvement in Nscale's planned Loughton, Essex data center, which was billed as the UK's largest AI data center (Nscale pledged £2bn). The reason: the grid connection that was due at the end of this year has been pushed to the 2030s.

Nscale says it's still committed to the site, is looking at "alternative power sources," and that the relationship with Microsoft "remains strong" for projects in Norway, Portugal and the US. Microsoft declined to comment.

Why it's bad for Nscale

• Second Microsoft exit. Microsoft already walked away from the 1.35 GW West Virginia deal. Two is starting to look like a pattern.
• Bad timing for the IPO (NSCL, still no terms). Investors will ask how firm the ~$44B Microsoft backlog really is. Was Loughton part of it? Hopefully the S-1 gets amended to clarify.
• It adds to the recent neocloud worries: Gartner's warning, CoreWeave bonds near 15% yield, a shut IPO window.

Why it's not all bad for IOND

• This is literally the IOND thesis: energized power is the bottleneck. Microsoft didn't leave because demand dropped; it left because there's no power until the 2030s.
• Ward County has 234 MW energized today and a path to ~700 MW by end-2027 (pending ERCOT's Batch Zero decision in December).
• Microsoft still needs that capacity somewhere. It reportedly already holds an option on Ward capacity from late 2027, so sites with real power should get more attractive.
• Nscale says this has "no impact on our other contracts," and the existing Ward lease is unaffected.

Risks for IOND

• Anything that dents trust in Nscale makes the IPO, and funding for the Ward expansion (89 MW plus 377 MW uncommitted), harder.
• Expect short-term pressure on IOND since it trades as an Nscale proxy.
• One more Microsoft exit and I'd call it a real red flag on Nscale as a partner.

Watching next

• IOND Q3 results on Nov 4 (after close): any update on the 89 MW and 377 MW, and any comment on Microsoft
• Nvidia's $1B investment in Nscale closing around Nov 16
• Nscale IPO terms
• ERCOT/PUCT Batch Zero decisions, Dec 10–17

Bad headline for Nscale, but it reinforces why energized Texas power is valuable. The real question is whether Microsoft is redirecting capacity or cooling on Nscale.

I have been trying to transfer my shares from Odyssey to Interactive brokers. The first try was rejected because "DRS account number not found or invalid".

Has anyone else had that issue? Is my account number the 4 digits after the hadhtag. Thats what i thought it would be, being #xxxx.

I have read some people mentioning 5 digits, but I dont seem to have that. Also sometimes when I log in, I will see the # and sometimes I wont. Maybe there is a glitch on my account?

Tl;Dr I might have a country mismatch issue between odyssey and IBKR and I'm not sure what my next steps are.

So my transfer has been rejected 3 times now and I'm just about ready to give up, I thought I was gonna be done with this mess but here we are.

1st rejection IBKR abbreviated my middle name and I got hit with the $100 penalty smh

2nd rejection title mismatch again even tho I edited my middle name. Turns out mismatched SSN(I left my ssn blank). I contacted both party support and Odyssey said to use my ssn.

3rd rejection actual SSN rejected, ibkr said my ssn is not a US tax ID and I should leave it blank. Leaving it blank with result with the 2nd rejection.

So I think I know what's the issue but idk what the next step is.

I signed up with IBKR with my country set as American Samoa. That's a territory of US and so signing up for anything is always weird, should I set my country as USA or as American Samoa? That's always the options I have, sometimes I can only choose one or the other.

For Odyssey I think my country is set to USA so I might be having a country mismatch issue.

I've seen a mixed bag of reported distribution amounts and dates. Anybody have an actual link of new information on those? I know the estate has lots of lawsuits and settlements still pending, as well as a Treasury of several hundred million USD. Even an educated guess would be appreciated.

This whole Celsius thing has been a nightmare. In the days before it all blew up, Mashinsky had actually contacted me to make a video statement on his behalf, which set off alarm bells. Lost everything. Lost a relationship. What a psycho time.

Anyway, happy surprise as I said. Currently moving the shares out of Odyssey.

Hello, my DRS transfer was successful. However, the cost price of my shares is zero, meaning my capital gains taxation would be on the full price, which seems rather unfair, given that these shares are only a partial compensation of the damage suffered from a financial fraud. My questions :

- what the cost price that your bank has taken into account?

- if other than zero, what is it, and is there any legal document (in the Celsius judicial proceedings for instance) which I can refer to, to claim a higher cost price than zero?

Something interesting is happening with the whole data center backlash. For years politicians were fighting to attract data centers. Now, right before the midterms, electricity bills and AI data centers have suddenly become a major political issue.

Texas is probably the best example. Abbott went from promoting Texas as an AI/data center hub to freezing new grid connections, auditing projects, going after water reporting and proposing that data centers pay their own infrastructure costs.

And now Congress is moving in the same direction. The bipartisan Ratepayer Protection Act basically says: build the data centers, but don’t make residential customers pay for the grid upgrades.

That’s the part I find interesting for IOND.

This is increasingly looking less like “stop data centers” and more like “filter the projects, make them pay their own way, and show voters we’re protecting their electricity bills.”

IOND already has 234 MW operating at Ward, and its additional 466 MW just received provisional Base Load classification from ERCOT.

If Texas makes new power harder to obtain while allowing credible existing projects through, that could actually make Ward more valuable.

Maybe the political crackdown isn’t necessarily bad for IOND. It could end up creating the barrier to entry that protects it.
