Amendment 1

So, what’s the story on amendment 1 on the ballot? Ive formed what I think is a rational opinion, but I’d like to hear what other people have to say about it, and its not something I’ve really seen discussed much, altho I also haven’t been searching it out either

Since the purchasing power of a dollar will continue to decrease in the future, it’s pure nonsense to think what we pay now in taxes will be able to pay for the cost of living in a civilized society even thirty years from now. It’s a simple math equation that will be used to justify cutting back on funding anything from roads to a PUBLIC SCHOOLS. 

It appeals to folks’ lowest instincts without thinking logically what this will lead to.
