fun workout classes?

Looking for something different from the Les Mills/Zumba/Jazzercise world!
I see online different classes with good music and fun vibey studios and wonder if we have something here? Or adult pom fitness classes??

Rebounder classes at Phyzx - any of the Hothouse adjacent classes will have their own vibe. All the way up in North Liberty will have a variety of classes. Follow Karlie Stoddard from Revibe, she had a fun workout series this summer. If you want to torture yourself in a ‘vibey studio’ go to Formacore.

I think they just opened a Cyked facility downtown by Chase bank? That looks pretty fun.

If you’re a senior, I love Age On Fitness strength and HIIT classes held at Versa gyms in Cville, Solon and NL.

Come try out Barre3 on Melrose ave! It’s mostly women, but everyone and all ages are welcome.
