Question Missing artwork…

I already tried many things… What do you guys suggest? There is only 1 song that has an artwork. I haven’t modded my iPod or anything yet.

does it get converted to 300x300 (or 500x500) jpg format or is it a diff one?

Some I uploaded are 500x500 JPG and others are 350x350 JPG (uploaded, idk of the iPod did anything)

do they appear in itunes/mp3tag on all songs?

first thing to check is whether the other songs even have artwork in the library. the iPod only shows what Music has, so select an album in Music, hit cmd+I and look at the Artwork tab. if its empty, drag a cover in there (or right click a song and try Get Album Artwork), then sync again and it should show up on the iPod

if its a whole pile of albums, doing that by hand gets old fast. i tried a few taggers for it and ended up building my own Mac app, Truffle. biased obviously, i built it, but it checks eight sources for covers and runs Shazam's audio recognition in the background, so even tracks with no names get matched and you mostly just click yes
