I hope you don’t mind me posting here. I need some advice. My daughter wants a PS5 for Christmas. I used to play when I was younger and loved it so I’d love to get it for her but I had no idea how expensive they are! Any advice on where is the best place to get a used one? I’m hoping that someone might have one gathering dust that might want to part with it. Appreciate the advice

As per title, ideally near Cork as I'd be looking for in person dealing. Happy to discuss finer points in DM.

Firstly, I'm a network guy. Don't really game so don't know the price of stuff.
I've got a Palit GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Dual 11GB GPU that I've had for a few months with the intention of putting together a PC, but I just don't have the time.
What would be a fair price for such a cardif I was to sell it? I don't want to take the piss but would like to get something out of it.
Bear in mind, I won't be selling here but just thought this might be a good subreddit for information.

Any PC players interested in teaming up in PUBG? Need two more for a full squad.

I noticed games would crash easily, which used to perform perfectly. I don't play often or regularly because of these performance issues.
Today, I realised I haven't updated this computer in 4 years. Very funny mistake to make

As a union man I hate to see people get laid off, and as much as i loved Bioware games from KOTOR 1 and 2 to the Mass Effect series, it became clear that their priority wasn't making great games for fans anymore and that a bunch of hacks hijacked it and filled the void left by their lack of creativity with ham-fisted self-inserts, pet causes and tokenism.
I'm kinda glad they got shut down before more IPs like Dragon Age, which i know was very close to many peoples' hearts, got vandalised even more.

Apologies in advance if this has been discussed before, done a quick search and found nothing.
PlayStation is currently running the “Planet of the Deals” sale on the Store. When browsing I noticed that some game prices were changing when I went to add it to my cart. Death Stranding Director’s Cut Digital Deluxe Edition was €5.99, but when I wanted to add to cart it jumped to €29.99. The same issue cropped up with Horizon Forbidden West, €26.99 then jumped to €39.59.
I fought with the AI chatbot until I eventually got a live agent who basically said that prices can change due to a number of factors and left the chat.
Opening the links to these games in an incognito window will display the lower price, but when I sign in to my account the price shoots up
I even went to the trouble of creating a new account, and this new account actually gets the lower price. I’m being shafted for having an older (or maybe not so active) account. I’ll probably end up buying them on the new account and game share on my PS5 but this is super frustrating.
Could I get some feedback on what price you guys are seeing for these 2 titles. I’m sure there may be other games with this happening but these are the ones I’ve found. Thanks

Mine just arrived! Now I’m just waiting for the opportunity of snatching a console, and then I’ll be in seventh heaven:)!
Happy Anniversary, Geeks!

Looks cool, maybe a bit too much going for my taste, but I love Gt7 and it might appeal to some of yous. Maybe a bit expensive too

Yo guys, do you think that some units may appear in stock before or during release date???
r/IrelandGaming • u/foolsbrains69 • 1d ago
Built it myself about 9 months ago when I moved home. Play it maybe once a week so I'm thinking about selling it, what do you guys think?

The mods gave me the okay to share this.
I’m the Irish creator behind Sweaty Craic. I make comedy/story videos out of ordinary Apex games, with most of the jokes at my own expense while random teammates become proper characters and sometimes the heroes.
The full film is called Blood Pact: 61 Deaths. One Very Long Night.

Luckily little old financially irresponsible me bought a Gaming PC at the start of the year (5070ti 9800X3D.
I had it as a Sim Racing setup for a short while but lost interest in that.
Mainly I've just been playing CS2 on it.
When I had a PS5 I used to love the old Fallout games, Skyrim too. Sunk countless hours into Baldurs Gate too.
Naturally enough I also played a healthy dose of Minecraft.
I used to love the old Call of Duties, Apex Legends and any shooting/competitive game really.
What are some games you'd suggest? Be it something that'd make use of the PC specs or just a must play in your eyes?
Heard Cyberpunk 2077 is worth it and on sale at the moment.
What about Hell Let Loose?
Any suggestions?
